Sometimes its good to take a break from it all, I find myself next to a jungle and all sorts of interesting animals wander out of it. It is fun and relaxing to listen to the sounds of nature, tune into her natural rhythms of life. Its so easy to get caught up in the trauma drama of our lives, the world, the news, the politics... and we forget. Maybe we should just forget it.

To unforget is to reconnect with our deepest selves, our surroundings. Forgetfulness is a good thing when we turn away from the daily grind so that we can remember that primal existence that is us. Part of this process evolves on the mat, usually more work is required. A journey in the wilderness is sure to reconnect self with self.  Think deep immersion. Find your yoga mat in the forest and do your practice!
